Stephanie Grossman, Founder/CEO
Stephanie's strategy, combined with innovative product vision, is driving partnerships with mobile operators in the U.S. and Europe, handset manufacturers and many of the world's largest advertising agencies and consumer brands. Prior to founding digital SIDEBAR, Stephanie spent 18 years as a leading executive in traditional and digital media, marketing and advertising. She successfully launched and headed divisions for Warner Bros. and Court TV, and oversaw the market-leading media sales division for Scripps Networks' television and on-line properties. In each of these positions, Stephanie's teams led the market in year-over-year sales, achieving high double- and triple-digit percentage increases. Prior to being recruited into national media, Stephanie spent seven years at Tribune's Los Angeles television station, KTLA, where she received repeated recognition for achievements with advertisers such as AT&T, Motorola and Nissan. Stephanie began her career in television production with positions at Aaron Spelling Productions, Metromedia (now Fox Television) and ABC News. Stephanie received a B.A. from UCLA; she is a member of the Mobile Marketing Association and has been an active participant in the Big Sisters of Los Angeles program.
Eric Wilson, Founding Technologist/CTO
Eric is charged with providing the architectural vision for digital SIDEBAR, as well as management and development of the engineering groups. Eric spent the last 12 years with some of the industry's most successful and fast moving startups, and has more than 17 years of experience in engineering and engineering management. Most recently, Eric was Chief Technology Officer of GoTV Networks. At GoTV, Eric was responsible for all technology and product distribution efforts, and developed a mobile data collection and ratings system used to measure unique user content consumption patterns. Previously, Eric was on the founding team and VP of Infrastructure at JAMDAT Mobile, now EA Mobile, where he was responsible for developing the company's gaming network services, data mining and SMS capabilities. While at JAMDAT, he co-authored patent-pending mobile data technologies and was a contributing member of the expert panel for JSR-185 (Java Technology for the Wireless Industry). Prior to JAMDAT, Eric co-founded and led the engineering efforts for MyHome.com, an Idealab e-commerce venture that was acquired 10 months after initial funding. Eric was also a founding engineer at Citysearch (NASDAQ: IACI), currently a division of IAC/Interactive Corp. He has architected cutting edge imaging solutions for Union Bank of California (NYSE: UB) and built real-time avionic systems at Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC). Eric is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine.
